"Brandi Brandi quite so handy, how does your garden grow?"

VERY BIG!! LOL

My garden is getting out of control - well I guess not really out of control, just very, very big. We harvested our first two zucchinis a few days ago and roasted them for dinner last night. Oh they were scrumptious!! My cucumbers are growing wildly and I've counted about 30 babies (they are only about an inch right now) - I've had to add on fencing for them to cling to because they were outgrowing the wire cages and just kept growing up, up, up. They have these cool little 'feelers' that attach to anything they can reach. So if anyone is interested in cucumbers please let me know! I will have tons.

I'm seeing lots of baby tomatoes too and I think a few will be ready to pick within the next week or so, maybe sooner. There are also about 5 green peppers that should be ready very soon too. And my basil plant is no longer a plant, it is a bush. LOL I use it all the time for cooking though.

Anyway, I took some more pictures tonight. Compare them to the last ones I posted! I think this fall I will build another box to put behind the ones I have now. I'm planning on making that one a 4x10. Brenna and I have a lot more plans for our garden next year, including cantaloupe, green beans and potatoes, so we need more dirt space.
